Trying to make some characters of mine, but can't find certain things. Here's a list:

-Pearl headband enabled for males.
-A tiara of sorts enabled for males.
-Very long ponytail for males.

-Recolorable forehead jewel.
-Victorian era style dress with bustle.

-Accessory boxing gloves
-Antenna?

-Cheerleading type crop top
-Poofy pigtails for young adults/adults/teens?
-Feather headband

-Legwarmers up a decent way as accessories.

Good news: you don't need any accessories enabled for men, as long as you use Nraas' Master Controller.
If you click your sim in Live Mode then click Nraas, Master Controller, settings, CAS, there's an option to enable all accessories for all genders. It will unlock all your previously female-only accessories for men in a snap!

A lot of stuff on your list you could've easily used Google to search for, tbh.

Do a Google search under Sims 3 Lollipop Chainsaw or Sims 3 Harley Quinn hair for the big poufy pigtails I think you're looking for -- after Suicide Squad was announced people in the community went pigtails crazy.

What do you mean by feather headband? Post some pictures, some of your WCIFs are a bit ambiguous.

What is ombre control?

I don't think I've ever seen horse ears or tails done for anyone other than actual horses. But some of the Rabbit Ear accessories are kinda close. Sorta. And trust me, if there's one thing the TS3 community has IN ABUNDANCE, it's rabbit ears; IDEKY.

If you don't have the Seasons EP to get the Wetsuit, Google has a few Catsuits or Body Suits that can do in a pinch. Also, in order to unlock it for Everyday, all you need, again, is Master Controller, to enable Swim clothes for Everyday, or to copy your Swimwear clothes into the Everyday category as an extra outfit. And with both Master Controller and Debug Enabler you can just force your sim into any outfit you please. (It's faster for me with DE, but MC has thumbnail previews.)

I don't know of any accessory bows AROUND the waist. There are Sailor Moon ones AT the waist though.

Master Controller is a solution, but you'll end up with ALL CAS items enabled for both genders, and it can lead to long loading times.

What I do is set my Master Controller settings to Compress CAS Categories; it hides all the extra color variations so CAS can load faster. It works for everything but the Costume Makeup category; grr.

Yup, there are a lot of types of hair controls/color options: streaked, ombre, two-tone, Cruella...

ChazyBazzy does quite a lot of ombre and streaked variants

Guess I'll just use my current favorite dreads for that character.
