So I started a fresh new 'Hood, and as I am putting my lots in, residential, community etc..I found those 2 households.
Wait..I am supposed to have clean empty templates..so how come they are still in my bin?
Maybe there is a step i haven't take...
I was deleting the Maxis Lots found in the bin, as I never use them, and they are just clogging the bin and stopping MY lots I saved in there to show up. there is a limit I think.
And there is Kim & Kat family.

Okay..so I have re extracted all Jawusa's stealth Hoods..and installed them all, again. (deleting the ones already in place. Just to make sure, i do it properly.
Improvements : Kim is gone..Kat is still in the bin.
No luck..still have both in there now, after creating a new EA Games folder.
If I would wear socks, I would eat them.

Those are not part of the empty templates and all you got to do is make a throw away hood place both in there and then delete the hood and there gone forever.

I finally just took out all their 9 files, from my LotCatalog folder.
I never thought about a throw away hood, stupidly i thought..I would just place a copy..ya know, just like any empty houses.

I am done crying now, my new 'Hood looks faaaaaaaaaaaabulous.

I don't think you should take them out of the Lot Catalog. It's better to do as marka93 said.

I wonder if the house is still there or not and if it is you need to get rid of them to for they still hold info of the sims in them.

I have a question. If you create a throw away hood , to get rid of the Kim and Kat families, and you create your custom hood . Won't this cause corruption? Because their character files will still be floating around in the game? Won't the Hood Checker show them as invalids and SimPE will still show their character file data?

And why?
They aren't in SimPE either, showing weird or else. they are just..not there. They do not exsits, as I have taken them out the game


The houses aren't anywhere in my game, if this is what you were asking, as they are on my desktop, in a folder with all the other Maxis empty lots.
All I have now in my lot bin are my own created lots.

Nope, because sims are completely neighborhood specific. And Kat/Kim are not corrupted to start, so you're good!
