Default Skin Invisible when naked
I have 2 skins that go invisible when the sim is naked. They are only a floating head. I either got the skins from this site or sims exchange. Is there a missing mesh? Skin is ony invisible when naked, nothing else.

This shouldn't happen with an ordinary skintone. It sounds as if you have a custom bodyshape without a showerproof mesh.

I hate when that happens I had to delete some good skins because of that.

Creators usually make waterproof skintones or provide fixes for their custom bodyshape skins.

To the OP:
Export a Sim with this custom skintone and then open it with Clear Installer and check the description/creator. It might help you to find the source and a fix for the problem.

You are probably using an old non shower proof skin. You can also use SimPE to change the skin to a better made skin.

Different boards have different rules. Some, you're encouraged not to make new threads and instead find an existing one. Some, you're encouraged not to necro and make a new thread. This board happens to be one of the latter. No need to get uppity, Flowy. Also, your question is a help kind of question and thus belongs in the "Help" forum, not the how-we-play-our-game discussion forum.

If I knew the answer to your question, I would answer. Unfortunately, I don't. All my skins work just fine and I don't use custom bodyshapes, and I don't know if you can check for waterproofness anywhere.
