I just re downloaded Sims 2 UC and added some mods and cc, but now that I can finally play my skins and hair are messing up. My hairs look like this and it seems to be mostly affecting the male sims

You know the drill about removing custom hairs and trying the game without them, right? (If you don't have any custom hairs, it must be something else, possibly a mod. The same drill applies - keep removing custom stuff till the problem goes away, then gradually add it back one item at a time till you find the culprit.)

The game can't find the texture. Make a full backup, then remove your downloads and test.
