This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default "Never Went to College" memory wonkiness [solved]
As stated on Sims Wikia,

The memory won't appear if there's no college in the Neighborhood.
However, in my game, it appears, even though I have absolutely no subhoods (except for stealth ones) attached to my current 'hood.

Is this a glitch EA introducted in later expansions (and therefore Sims Wikia needs an edit), or my game is playing tricks on me? (Got all CC out and tried this in another neighborhood - same effect. Running UK version of the game (mentioning this because I know EA once messed up with "Made First BFF" memory). All EPs, including the base game, are fully patched.)

Thank you for the link. Though, the site seems utterly slow right now, as I'm sitting nearly 10 minutes waiting for the second page to load. Patience is key.
