Default Help Please!
Okay so, I downloaded the WinRAR and got my folders and stuff, I restarted my laptop, I followed instructions and still when I go to see if my mods are there they arent? someone please help me ! step by step, I just want to use my mods I downloaded.

1) Download this zip file:
Click

2) Click the zip file you downloaded, then copy the 'Mods' folder. Paste it in the Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3 folder.

3) Put your mods in the Packages folder, which is located inside the Mods folder you added.

4) Reboot your computer & start your game.

This is oversimplified, but it should be enough to get you started...

Are you putting your mods (.package files, not zips) in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages ?
you mean you don't lust after death? you don't wanna go on a romantic cruise to hell with death? you don't wanna give death an oil massage?
