I can live without that... not a huge fan of the dress. If companies want me to pre-order, they really have to raise their game! :D

I must agree with Lunarsea, that dress doesn't look that good. I hate all these pre-order gift things, I wish they'd just put the stuff in the game, especially the nice stuff like the swing for Seasons.

I'm actually surprised that the only place offering a pre-order bonus is the EA store. Usually other stores like EB Games, Best Buy, Target and Amazon have pre-order bonuses as well. Really, even if I did like that dress, I would never order from EA, even if they were offering the game for free.

It's very 40's/50's isn't it? Yet at the same time very plain.

I'll have a look around UK retailers and see if I can find some pre-order offers tonight.

edit: OK, I've had a good snoop through a few online shops and several stores I would normally buy from don't have it listed (i.e. GAME). Those that do don't mention a pre-order code. Most have a release date of 1st week June. We'll see if things change; GAME is usually good for this kind of thing, and I like to pre-order with them as they have discount codes and double points for pre-orders.

Well I'd give it time for other places to start offering gifts. Like remember with Celebration, EB Games already had the BlueDress and it wasnt announced for like a another month or two?

Meh, that's a recolour of the brown one that's in the game items. I hate it when they give new meshes away as preorder so it's a good thing they gave away a recolour this time. :D

I think they should concentrate on releasing games that don't have millions of glitches instead of making preorder gifts anyway... (and you'll see that these gifts will end up being on the exchange anyway, like the Hot Rod and the wooden swing...)

I agree 110%! Mind you, they probably don't even spend that long on the pre-order gifts anyway, because they are hardly any good.

I still haven't seen anyone else w/ a pre-order gift - at least not from the UK.

The first dress actually looks somewhat like a recolor of the Seasons casual dress, but with a different shoe mesh. :meh: Cheapos. :nod:

Should be next month - probably early June. Missed the Play.com one - even went there before posting. Just blind sometimes.
