If you go to All About Style/Adults, an awful lot of it is enabled for YA. http://www.all-about-style.com/adult.html

That's where I got the peace sign top in the attached picture, for example. They also have some awesome PJs with peace signs and stuff.

You might get more replies asking in the WCIF forum, though.

Enabling clothes for YA is really easy, with wardrobe wrangler, so I wouldn't worry about finding sites that come enabled already. It's nice to not have to, but it's quite easy to fix. Any clothes an adult can wear, a YA can wear too, as long as you enable it.

As gummilutt said, YA takes Adult clothing, so if you're not fond of some adult clothes, replace them: http://sims2defaults.dreamwidth.org/
