Where can I find a mod that allows more than 8 sims in a household here on mts?

Awesome Mod allows you to do that. So does Master Controller.

Not sure about mods here on MTS, but you might wanna give this a read. That NRaas page lists several mods that allow for more than 8 sims in a household, so you should definitely check it out.
