Default Don't have the mailbox or trashcan anymore
When I downloaded a house (can't remember which one) it came with a replacement that makes the mailbox and trashcan buy-able under misc. I didn't want that in my game so I deleted it but now when I try to build a lot neither the mailbox nor trashcan show up. What should I do to bring them back? (I have the Ultimate Collection)

Open Origin and right click on UC icon and do a repair of it.

Make sure you get a back up of your downloads and hoods before doing this to be safe that the repair does not delete them on you.

if you have clean templates or CEP you may need to check to make sure they're still there before you boot up your hoods again. Back them up if you haven't already repaired your installation. I'm not sure if repairing your installation would mess those up since I've never done it but it seems possible.
