The picture is from a WIP (work in progress) post on tumblr that's three years old so I don't know if the house was ever finished and shared. It's by Amovitam if you want to try asking her.

Not just similar, it's a replica. HL says it was a result of a WCIF.

I didn't even really read the description, my bad OTL
I just remember seeing it when going through the new uploads and then saw this WCIF and put the two together
