I am an interior architect in real life and I would say no. Architecture and design is for people, buildings are meant to be lived in, for people to create memories, experiences.

When nobody is interacting with the space designed by the architect, then what's the point?

So to me it's the same for sims. I wouldn't want the sims to be a boring architectural software without any sims. I already do that in autocad, revit and whatever.
