I don't seem to be able to download from Plumb Bob Keep. Everytime I click "Download" it sends me to the box. I try to download the rar file but the download doesn't start. Any ideas?

You've likely encountered a Box account that did not reset after a period of time - it is a known issue that has been occurring for some time now.

Sunni, at Plumb Bob Keep came up with a workaround for dead Box links. Information on how to download from Box can be found here. I've used this method quite a bit now.

For the workaround you would only keep the last sequence of characters (after the /) in the original Box link. In this case that would be d573a5895c19ade8a76c

Add the new partial url https://m.box.com/shared_item/https....box.com%2Fs%2F that was given by Sunni before the last character sequence of the original Box link.

Final link result would be this: https://m.box.com/shared_item/https...5895c19ade8a76c

You could then just copy and paste or open the new link into a new tab.

Not sure how else to explain it, as Sunni's tip was pretty self explanatory.

When you come across across a dead link you will see https"//app. box.com/s/ and a bunch of random numbers and letters. Write this down on a piece of paper. Type in Sunni's work around. When you get to the final 2Fs%2F type in the random numbers you wrote down earlier then hit enter. You will end up with a black page that will have the file on it. Then down load. Hope this helps.
