Default Can NRAAS turn people into Plantsims?
I know it can add occult status, but is Plantsim one of things it can change people to?

Yes. With Master controller and Master controller cheats.

Oh! You're asking how! igazor is the resident ambassador from NRAAS and all around nice guy.

I think he'd say, "Click on sim" -> "NRAAS" -> "Intermediate" -> Occult: Add -> "Plantsim". Puff of green, and your sim turns green and is covered in leaves

Yeah, University is difficult if you don't get a break on some of the moodlets. So, Plantsims were brought back which have no hunger or bladder moodlets.
