Default Toddler's bed that can be waked up?
Some bed that i can click on the toddler and will have the option "wake up" ?

I believe the toddler sleepy mat found here has that option? Or, at least, you can simply click the cancel the "sleep" interaction and the toddler will wake up. That's how it works in my game; I never try clicking on actual sims and selecting "wake up," but cancelling the action on that sleepy mat will work exactly like cancelling the action on a sim sleeping in a be: the sim wakes up and then can be directed to do other things.

Some toddler beds you can wake them up and some you can't. I would download a few and delete the ones you don't like.
The toddler mats you can simply click sleep off. There is a large and a small one or there is a mod that gives pet beds the same energy as a crib.
