Default Sims 2 UC will not open
My Mother and i downloaded the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection
since playing it we haven't experienced any glitches, except for now we cannot even open the game because apperently " the basegame is uninstalled " ( it wasn't.)
we actually uninstalled the game and re-installed on to the E: drive that we recently acquired.
i personally think its some weird virus or random malware that wont let us do our thing .
can this be fixed? or avoided?

Did you try deleting the cache files? And did you try going into origin, right clicking and selecting fix or heal?

Are you sure your game link is pointing to the correct location? If it's installed on the E drive, the Origin shortcut needs to point to that.

Jo, that fixed the problem completely. And we'll know what to do if it happens again.
