4 decorative objects; two roof ventilations, one wall ventilation and one chimney pot.
They all cost 45§ and are found in Buy mode>Decor>Roof decorations/Misc decor. Each object is also recolorable (1 channel.)

Polygon Counts:
Chimney pot - 207 vertices, 152 faces
Roof ventilation - 315 vertices, 186 faces
Roof ventilation 2 - 90 vertices, 50 faces
Wall ventialtion - 287 vertices, 148 faces
