Okay, I'm hoping this is the final thing I really want, haha! I am looking for the teeth from the "Every Smile Is Beautiful" set. I'm mostly interested in her baby teeth and gapped teeth for nooboos/niche sims. I have been burning up my search bar, but so far all the links I've found lead back to moonskin's original download which is long dead.

Yessss, no coughing!

Unfortunately, it isn't a sims3pack. it's a .package file. :/ I'm guessing by your reply that there isn't a way to... unpack(?) a .package? Oof. The search continues. Maybe if I message the sim's creator, they can remember where they got the tattoo/accessory/shader/thingy from!

Thanks so much. You have no idea how much I hate that coughing animation.

In theory it is possible to unpack a package, but the risk that you miss something is higher than the chance that you get it right.

Maybe you could post a picture that shows this accessory, both on a Sim and how its thumbnail appears in the CAS screen under Accessories? Or if that doesn't work post a link to the Sim.

Here's a link to the sim, specifically the one on the right. I actually tried to download him specifically because I thought if his CC all worked I'd get pink fingers XD Sadly his hair slides off his head and his sweater is metallic.
