For the past few days I've been having a few difficulties with my sims 4 game as I've recently gotten back on it and I've downloaded a load of cc. But I resolved all the issues and I had built this large house, but when I get on the game and load up my save, I click on the household I want to load, but it just loads forever doing nothing but loading. There are no sims in that household it's just a lot, but I really need it to load. I've searched through many threads and none of them seemed to help or have the same problem.

You may have an outdated mod or incompatible CC. Only way to know is take everything out and run the game to see if it works. If the lot loads without mods or cc you will have to add a few mods and cc back in batches to determine which file is the problem.

It might be because you used a ton of CC.
