Default No "lighten up" objects when posing the cursor on them
Hello everybody!

Does anyone know if there's a mod that disables the object from being "lighting up" when you pose your cursor on anything in the game? I don't really know how to explain myself. But if I made it confusing: when you want to click on something, the cursor, once above the object to be clicked, "lights up" in a white hue.
Is there anything to disable that? Like the "No pause frame" by Nopke?

not entire sure, but the thing/things to change might be found with SimPE; if this can be changed. most likely resources might be ones that contain images/pictures/etc.
if this cannot be changed, then this would be part of the game engine.
