Default Can't find these Custom Harry Potter Sim Creations anywhere.

Is there any place that I can download these versions of Harry Potter Sims? I know a similar post was posted [http://modthesims.info/t/568651 here] by another user, but the results didn't give me what I was after, because the download button [https://www.thesimsresource.com/art...tter/id/536702/ won't show up].

The comments say they were pay content, so I went to PMBD and there they are. The name of the file is the same.
