Default WCIF This Store hair?

I used to have it, but since buying a new PC and had to reinstall TS3 I lost it and can't remember how/where I got it. I have looked all over the Store yet no luck. I know it's part of the Frightful Hair Set yet I can't even find that. Any help would be much appreciated.

The hairstyles should be in your purchase history at TS3 official site for you to re-download. I think it is a set of hairs, not individual hair styles separately.

According to this site it comes with a $60 Sims 3 Store Simpoint Bundle. Have you checked your Store History, though? Everything you purchase is saved there.

Edit: Oops, I see that Deshong was faster
