No it's Machinima, which is actually on the TS2 offical site under "Featured Machinima". The 2nd one has The Sims 3 in the bottom right corner and it's by Machinima

Regardless, I'm still glad that we are able to make Sims look more like notable people. So it is very nice to have as an option. I still want all four politicians in my game so I can make them live together in one house and see how they get along. It'd be so funny if Obama became best friends with McCain since they were competing against each other, lol. I might even make Obama impregnate Palin just to see what their kids would look like. LOL
