Default WCIF a mod that allows me to 'favorite' specific clothing and/or hair
One of the most frustrating things for me is sorting through piles and piles of clothing looking for things I like, and trying to refind something I thought might work for a character later. I was wondering if there was a mod that allowed me to save them somehow, similar to saving patterns in Create-A-Style? Thanks!

You could try Twallan's Dresser mod. http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Dresser
You can save an outfit with that, so maybe you could have multiple outfits for groups of clothes you like to use a lot?

Hope this helps!

That's pretty neat! But it doesn't seem to allow for saving favorite clothing. Thanks, though!

attention this IS NOT what you are searching for cause i dont know such a mod and never have seen one. BUT this could help you in general.
If character creation in CAS bugs you (cause of so many outfits) there are two things you can do:
1. get you an "clothing hider" for things you dont like and that wont show up at all in the CAS clothing section (this is available for hairs too) so you would come a step closer to having only good + favourite outfits showing up. posting a direkt link doesnt seem to be a good idea to me, cause i have no idea which clothes you want to hide and every creator hides different stuff so generally: http://modthesims.info/t/448658 OR

2 get you nraas mastercontroller where you turn on/off "show in compact form [clothing and/or accessory and/or hair]" which has the effect that the loading time in CAS is extraordinarily shortened! here: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/MasterController BUT: you will also need the "INTEGRATION" add-on which is tweaking CAS stuff like "show in compact form" feature and many more usefull stuff.

ok no offense taken. last step -if theres nother out there in the www- is making a request in the "creators who take requests section". Kitty Paine http://modthesims.info/m/2207392 is taking hiders requests she wrote:
"Taking requests for CAS Part Recategorizers/Hiders and Object Recategorizers. Not taking requests for Sims at this time.
I have all expansion and stuff packs.
Check my profile for my ToU, thank you. " here: http://modthesims.info/showthread.p...25#startcomment
would that be an option for you? this would also mean you have to be patient i guess cause i dont know if Kitty Paine ist still taking requests (the post is from Juli 2011 but wasnt edited though)

ok so THAT was not what i meant. maybe i meant no offense taken? dont know. i did not mean that you were not searching before asking OR that asking in generally is wrong. thats what the wcif section is about. i wanted to say that I did not understand it in a rude way that you tell me you were already searching (if it makes sense at all) and no one here is a noob of course ( at least noone but me maybe, hehe)

NO NO i am sorry - i think it was just a misunderstanding. if youre fine i am fine

look what i found: http://www.cstylessims3forum.com/t4...h-s3oc-and-s3pe
"Ninoo also posted her personal collection of CAS hiders a month or so ago on Tumblr for every EP and SP up to Master Suite Stuff. The post is gone from her blog, but it's still up on Pooklet's (so I'm assuming it's ok to post a link to it): here http://www.4shared.com/rar/9SLZ8qE1/Hiders.html
There are images included and every hider has also been made into a separate package for each individual item! I highly recommend downloading this - you can easily pick the hiders you want, and discard the rest." I really have NO IDEA of what you will get here so its a treasure bag.
maybe theres something in thats not only a hat hider...
as you can also read the thread is a tutorial for creating own hiders (only if you are familiar with using S3PE + s3oc)
