need some medieval styled clothing
Hello all, does anybody know where I can find some decent medieval style clothing/armor cc? I've searched around for a few good hours but came up with almost nothing but some armor from skyrim converted into sims clothing.

not finding anything ideal is a bit frustrating, suffice to say there's a ton for the sims 4.. figures.

any suggestions and finds are appreciated ^^

just in case reference: stuff like this VV sorry 4 so many pics XD

if anyone can't find any then maybe they could make something? or at least teach me how to do it on my own tho tbh to make something that complicated or simple looks pretty hard.

anyway much appreciated for the replies.

You do realize that those are "fantastical representations" of what "sexy female Medieval warriors" were like eh? That is to say, there weren't really any actual female warriors back in those days and that these sexually accented renditions are just products of an artist's imagination.

However, ever looked here...

Also over at the sims Asylum there is a dedicated The SIMs Medieval (TSM) to TS3 conversions sub forum with several downloads you can try.

Buzzkilly attitude aside, tumblr really is a good source for CC. I was going to pop in to recommend Murfeelee.tumblr.com and they're in this thread Kinda like running into a local celeb at the supermarket, haha. Make sure to check through the categories other than skyrim, like the dragon age tag and the lotr content. They have buckets and buckets of beautiful CC. Tumblr can be a little weird to navigate but there's a lot of hidden gems stuck in there. I've been using that site for years and I still have to spend some effort really digging, and I keep finding old posts that I havent' seen before. Its like an egg hunt sometimes but its worth the effort. Keep in mind a lot of simple clothing can be made to look more "medieval" in game by tweaking the patterns and colors in CAS. There are tons of great patterns available too. Check out fabric textures and different metal and wood patterns for making base game objects fit your environment better. Like picking a pattern that has a little of a fabric grain to it rather than just a smooth. :D

Another tip when searching is to use a variety of different key words. Maybe "fantasy" isn't exactly the look you're going for, but going down that rabbit hole can lead you to something you can adapt for your style. "Elf" or "Elvish" is another one you may stumble upon some neat things in. "Pirate" isn't exactly a historical period, but it tends to fall into a certain visual style.

http://natalia-auditore.tumblr.com/ <this one has a lot of really nice clothes as well. There's sims 3 and sims 4 mixed in there so double check before you fall in love with a piece. Try out their tag http://natalia-auditore.tumblr.com/tagged/sims3cc to start, but skimming their main page can give you some other blogs to check out as well. This tag on the same blog is narrower and probably almost exactly what you're looking for. http://natalia-auditore.tumblr.com/tagged/s3%20medieval

This is one of the best and kindest comments ever, thanks so much! :lovestruc

A simmer I think really fits here is http://dkyrie.tumblr.com/tagged/sims3cc They made a few high fantasy/elvish clothes, more in line with the 3rd and 4th picture links. The link I posted above has really good matches for the 1st and 2nd pics.

Hello

I know this is a few days old but, I was on the other day and saw your request. I've been on the lookout ever since. I just came across this. Sort of what you're looking for? Are you looking for more the style of Game of Thrones?

Hello again!

Looked at your pics again, and they almost could be "anime" ish? (I recently tried my hand at writing and photographing my own story, and I learned real quick, to search for something that looks like what you want.. not necessarily with that title)

What about this? If you recolored it? Added a bow? I'll keep looking.. but this stuck out.

OMG. This blog is what kicked off my stories! I had it bookmarked and lost it when my computer went down! I'm so happy you shared it! It has some amazing content for Medieval Sims. Though. I wish I could find the ones with the male outfits again

Maybe you know where? lol. I won't ask here. I'll make my own post if i decide to go ahead and track all that stuff down again. It took me MONTHS unfortunately

Anyway- AWESOME share!

OMG. Murfee! Your stuff is AMAZING!!! I'm looking at it, and its making me want to re-download all my stuff and pick up where I left off!! I was worried it would take months to find everything I needed for my stories! BUT.. you have things on your blog that are super well done, that I could use instead! -ohhh the temptation!!!
