I had the slimmed down clothes too when the game first came out are you patched to 1.67 with the 'no birthday noisemakers' mod working? I'm kinda interested in that one.

There were no noisemakers when I aged up my toddlers about a month ago, I think that was on the latest patch.
I'll have to test it further to be sure.

I use ESkin Natural+ (Ephemera) default skin, though I also frequently switch to Navetsea's Sweet default skin, and shadow-something-or-other's Bella default replacement eyes.

Oh, I do finally have something to contribute here! aWT's eyeball replacement mesh. It lets you use sliders on the eyes, allowing you to change iris and pupil size (even shape!) without having to go scrounging around for tons of contacts and affixing them to all Sims whose eyes you want to change.
