Yeah, that one is really helpful, but I liked the other one too. Ah, well. Did they delete it?

The Dr.Pepper Rewards are always so nice, but as an unworthy englishman, I can't have them! Damn you EA, Damn you...

I love the Dr. Pepper stuff, however, I wouldn't call that a "freebie" since you need a code for each item you'd like to download and the codes are not available for free, are they?

I bought some Dr. Pepper codes at Listia, you may try that - it does work, even for an " unworthy englishman".

Sorry, you're right. My original post was simply a heads-up.

My daughter drinks Dr. Pepper almost daily so she considers the EA code a free bonus. I don't like Dr. Pepper, rarely have a soda, so for me it costs $1.39US plus tax.

Actually you can receive the codes without buying Dr. Pepper.
Technically it is not free, since you have to pay postage, but the info is here

I don't buy Dr. Pepper any more; I bought 5 bottles (Yes, I drank them all), put in the codes, and NONE of them gave me any prize I choose! I checked my Purchase history, nothing. Sorry for the rant, had to get that off my chest.

I didn't get my prize - I wanted the 1950s car - because the EA site was down when I entered my code at the Dr Pepper site. (I should've checked first).
Did you go to your account and check 'Purchase History'? Because that's where the stuff goes I think and you download from there.

Yes. The site was up, I entered the code, logged in with my account, it said to check the purchase history, and nothing. It's been weeks now, and the EA help didn't do didly.

By the way, in case anyone is unaware, the Dr. Pepper bottles have to be specially marked with the EA logo. Without the EA logo, there will be no prize.

I think they are being really stingy about this, too. You won't find the bottles with the logo in the six-packs, only on some of the bottles, sold individually, in the cooler, at a much higher cost per unit.

I did have a problem trying to get one item which was eventually available, a few days later.

I've been lucky that my husband has raided a few trash cans at fuel stations to get a few of them.

For any UK user I found this reading on the Sims 3 forum: Link
Apparently if you pre-order LN with Game you get a location (?!?)...
This is the first time I hear/read about it and I'm not sure if they did it with previous EP/SP...Maybe some of you does.
Thank you!

If you still have your Drpepper login for the web page you can go to prize history and try your prize again, but usually its because people dont go far enough to chose the game and click the prize. I have several caps that hurled and about 6 extra prizes because I dont want the backgrounds. It took a lot to try but there is a mixer bar in the area that saved caps for me. The girl that took the mixer to the table asked for the cap, after her kid had enough she gave some to me. I tried and had the same problem at first, you have to go to a scroll point that has the games and then click the prize. It helps to have both EA and DR pepper logged on at the same time.

EA updated the free Ford Fiesta set to also include a new hatchback: http://store.thesims3.com/fiesta?in...ourceid=eaom695

If you have the first set and used the objects in your neighborhood don't worry, just delete the old set and replace it with this one. All my parking meters and signs showed up fine.

There are new items at Dr Pepper, a Stadium, Movie House, Ice Chest, and some clothing that are additional to what was already there.

New items at T-Mobile as well.
