Okay, I'm certain I'm not the only one on the forums who watches this show.
Seriously, I love it, it's fresh and funny and some episodes are frankly cleverer than you'd expect.
For those of you who don't know it, it's about two brothers hunting down creatures of the night (or day or afternoon or whenever it suits them, really). As corny as that sounds, it's really not, it's actually brilliant entertainment.
The characters interact so well, particularly Dean Winchester (played by the gorgeous Jensen Ackles) and Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) as the older, aloof, less serious, more protective brother and the younger, sensitive brother, respectively.
I'm SURE I'm not the only one addicted to it. Any takers?

I love SN! I think that Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki have great sibling chemistry- there's a real rapport between them, and it makes their relationship so much more realistic. I love the suspense, the thrill, and of course the slapstick. I have to admit to liking Dean better, but Sam is pretty cute, in his own right. My favorite episodes are What Is And What Should Never Be, Dream A Little Dream of Me, Heart, Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things, and Hell House. I'll be back with quotes later .

Has anyone ever seen the actors on talk shows or in some event where they're out of the actual show? I never realized how hilarious they are! I caught Jared Padalecki on Ellen once and about busted a side laughing. Here's the video:

Methinks Jared is funnier, but Jensen is hotter :D.

Jared definitely is funnier, he's awesome.

Jensen does have his moments though

But, in my opinion, the two together, pretty damn funny. You're right, they have such good chemistry!

My husband and I watch it too, have since the first episode aired. Supernatural and Cold Case are our two favorite shows.

I used to watch it constantly, but for some reason I don't anymore. Usually another show I like more is on at the same time, so I only watch when one of those shows aren't on. I really do love it though, I'm sad I don't watch it much now.

That's my problem, too, afinefrenzy. My DVR can only do two things at once and I have three shows in the same time slot- The Office, Grey's Anatomy, and Supernatural. Supernatural usually gets axed because it's not in hi def and I hear about from my friend before I watch it online later.

LOL at the Jensen Ackles clip, Alissa888! He seems pretty modest... *fangirl sigh*. Jimmy Kimmel is such a schmuck, though.

Favorite Quotes!

Sam: What Dad wants doesn't matter.
Dean: See? That attitude right there? That is why I always get the extra cookie.

Sam: That's Carly's Myspace address.
Dean: Myspace? Seriously, what is that? Some kind of porn site or something?

Dean: Hey, no chick flick moments!

Sam: You've got to update your cassette tapes collection.
Dean: Why?
Sam: They're cassette tapes.

Dean: And THAT is why you never get laid.

Sam: What do you wanna do, Dean, poke it with a stick?
Dean: *looks at Sam*
Sam: Dude, you're not gonna poke it with a stick!

Dean: We might even run into Fred and Daphe. Mm... Daphne...

Sam: You're bossy.
Dean: What did you say?
Sam: You're short *giggles*.
Dean: Are you drunk?
Sam: Yeah... *holds out hands*... so?

Dean's knowledge of pop culture amazes me. Every time you turn around, he's making an allusion to some movie or some character... kind of makes me wonder what exactly he does when they're not hunting. They've both got serious acting chops, though- Jared Padalecki was amazing in Heart when he had to shoot the werewolf girl and the entire episode of All Hell Breaks Loose Pt. II just made me want to cry for Jensen Ackles. The episode (think it's Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things) where Sam gets drunk and makes Dean promise to kill him if he goes evil breaks my heart, too. And I love Dream A Little Dream of Me when Dean confronts his demon alter-ego.

Sorry, rambling...

I dunno which episode it was, but the last one I saw was where Sam keeps living the same day over and over again. I really liked that one.

I think its kinda funny that Jared Padalecki played Dean on Gilmore Girls and on Supernatural his brother has that name.

Oh, yeah. Mystery Spot. Dean getting attacked by that dog - priceless.

I know exactly what you mean! They remind me of the Doctor and Master from Doctor Who, amazing acting and interaction.
The end of Dream A Little Dream Of Me freaked me out, with Dean realising he was his own worst enemy. I really hope that's not what he turns into. He's damaged as it is and spent the better part of season 2 angsty and borderline violent, but Dean as a demon isn't something I look forward to at all.

Lol, I love the first quote, Dean and his Daddy hero-worship. It's such a quotable show!

Dean and Sam together: Sam Winchester cries his way through sex!

Sam: *puppy dog eyes* I lost my shoe.

And of course Phantom Traveller vs Everybody Loves A Clown:
Dean: Planes crash!
Sam: And apparently clowns kill.

Dean: Hey, it's your grief counsellors. We've come to hug!

Mystery Spot just annoys me. It was a humorous episode, but I didn't really like it. The Sam Winchester cries during sex line was one of the few redeeming qualities, for me. Don't know why. As for funny episodes, my favorites are Red Sky At Dawn ("Where's my car?" LOL) and Tall Tales. Tall Tales has some great quotes (plus Sam's gay moment and the spoof of how much Dean eats... priceless).

Sam: Brave little soldier... I acknowledge your pain. Too precious for this world :D!

Sam: I never said that!
Dean: You're always saying pansy stuff like that!

Bobby: You guys are bickering like an old married couple.
Dean: No we're not. Married couples can get divorced! We're like Siamese twins!
Sam: It's CONJOINED twins, Dean!

I loved Dream A Little Dream of Me- best episode of season three, in my opinion. The part where the demon comes back to life after Dean shoots it and tells him that this is what he'll become just knocked my socks off.

A friend told me about this show a few episodes in so I missed a couple but I was hooked from the first time I watched it. I missed a couple extra episode here and there but now I'm all caught up.
My mom and I were preparing for the new season by renting the DVDs from NetFlix and watching the DVD within a day or two of getting it. Now she's just as obsessed as the boys as I am and we still watch every week.

Great quotes and great actor chemistry between everyone. That's what makes it so good.

How does everyone think Dean gets out of the deal? I think he'll get out of it no matter what- a television show wouldn't be a good television show if it didn't have a happy ending. I want to say that Sam will come to the rescue, but you never know. I don't think that it's necessarily gone downhill since they killed the yellow-eyed demon, but I do think that the show has lost a little of its spark since they're basically roaming the country, now.

Does anyone else think Ellen should become a series regular? I love Ellen! I hate Bela's antics, but I'm starting to like her snark. I do think that the creators have made things a bit unrealistic, though. I know she's something of a conman, but would it really be as easy to fool the Winchesters as she makes it look? Either the boys are getting lax in their old age or the plot holes are getting unbelievable.

Bela: When this is over, you wanna have angry sex?
Dean: [pauses and tries to be affronted]... Don't objectify me!

I actually watched it last night! Well... the last half hour... and I was making pasta, so I was half-paying attention. Anyway, I loved it! First time I've watched it in aaagggges. I still love me some Jenson Ackles. I remember him back when he was on Dawson's Creek...

This is currently my favorite show! I have put three friends on to it and now they are completely hooked like I am. Season Finale is this Thursday, I believe. I can't wait to see what happens. Last week's episode was really good.

Can't wait for the finale. This Lilith chick is gonna burn if Sam has anything to say about it (and if I have anything to say about it :D).

Sam is bothering me this season. I think he's becoming a bit hypersensitive and I've been a bit disappointed in the progression (or lack thereof) of the whole hidden-evil-inside storyline. I really wanted to see Dean's opinion of and perhaps the outcome of possibly having to kill him if he let the evil take hold. I think they've tried to focus on Dean more this season, and to that I don't object because they've done a fabulous job (especially in Dream a Little Dream of Me), but I miss the Sammy we all know and love. Plus, I don't like his hair this season... what is up with that ghastly part? I think he looked cutest in the first season with his bangs.

Yeah, I thought they would focus more on Sam this season too, but I guess they decided to flip the script since last season was mostly about him. While I love all the attention Dean is getting, I just don't think the storyline's transition between last season and this one was that seamless.

Re:Lilith...she just popped out of nowhere. I'm really interested to see what happens regarding her though.

Did you see all of last season? Remember when Sam and Dean's mother came back as an apparition to save them in their old house? She seemed to know the demon (remember the flashback scene where they showed the Demon trying to take Sam, and she caught him and said something like, "You again...") We never found out how she knew him so well...

That was first season, I believe. Now they're finishing up the third. I loved that episode but would have liked to see more development. I think that's one this this show's few fatal flaws- a lot of storylines are abandoned or underdeveloped, but I love it anyway.

Hmm, I believe I may be getting two episodes mixed up, both involving the mother: "Home" from Season 1 and "What is and What Should Never Be" from Season 2.

In any case, I was waiting for some clarity in Season 2 on the relationship between the Demon and their mother, but they never really gave any. I distinctly remember a flashback scene with the mother saying something to the Demon as if she was familiar with him; I think they were standing inside of a nursery. The scene is probably important though...a key to why their mother was killed in the first place.

I heard Season 4 will be the last season. If this is true....*sigh* Great show though. The writing is excellent.

I can see that happening. Shows on the CW are notoriously short-lived. Hopefully season four will be able to blow us away because there will be no writer's strike, but I still think season two was the best.

Yes, I totally agree. Season 2 was the best. Almost every episode was a mind-blower, especially toward the end.

What do you think of the addition of Ruby?

Ruby's such an angsty demon, it's funny. Somehow, I don't think Dean will turn out like her if he ever goes to hell, he'd just completely flip out.
Lilith is freaky, she did pop up out of nowhere. Plus, the whole creepy little girl thing freaks me out!

I heard it'd been renewed for 2 more seaons (therefore season 5 is in the works)?

I think Ruby is gorgeous. I like her for some odd reason, not sure I totally trust her though.

Re:Lilith....yes, freaky horror children always weird me out (ie Children of the Corn, The Shining), but I can't help but watch :P. Those blank eyes of hers are wild!

I was not expecting her entrance like that, but I knew something was off because why would a random little girl come there looking for Sam.

I predict that Sam might have qualms about killing Lilith because she might just be a demon trapped in an innocent little girl's body, and we all know how sensitive Sam can be sometimes lol...although he's "toughened up" some, or at least that's what they want us to believe.

I'm proud of myself, I totally watched part of it last night. I blame this thread, really. It made me wanna watch the show again. I couldn't watch it all, because it's on the same time as The Office, but I did during commercial breaks.

Lillith basically scared the crap out of me. I hate little freaky horror movie kids like that. I didn't see the very end, I think the last part I saw was when Dean was laying on the table (yummyyyyy) and he said "Is that how it's gonna be?!" or something to Ruby/Lillith and then I changed the station cause The Office was back on...

Someone tell me what happened!!! Did Dean die? I wanna know!
