Can someone tell me where can I find some Roman-themed clothing for sims?
I need especially underwear, pajamas and outdoor clothes, mostly for children..

For a general search, you could always try "Roman Clothing" on Google.

For underwear, medieval undies on The Plumbbobkeep come to mind.

Believe it or not, Roman women wore what we would now call French bikinis. You can plainly see this in ancient mosaics and so on. So that one's fairly easy.

It's harder to find images of male Romans, but if they weren't swimming nude they probably had loincloths.
Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.
