Yes, we had a thread on this only recently. It won't be possible to own them I think though I think it might be possible to make owned lots invisible in neighbourhood view.
I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.

People have created some already. There is one in Winter Wonderland vacation hood for Bigfoot what I like much more than original.
And I have followed tutorial (from MATY) to refurnish/rebuild secret free time lots and it worked out well.
But it is probably impossible to own them.

No I was talking about the recent thread on here. The method described there for hiding the lot on that, btw, is unnecessary, you can hide the lot in game using the cheat.
