It's been called "The Sims by way of 90s Sarajevo" in this review and that it certainly is, as dark, cruel and tragic as possible. Also highly praised just about everywhere and with a noble goal - its sales benefit the War Child charity.

I wondered if I should buy it but then I watched some gameplay videos on YouTube and decided that, as truthful as it is - or rather, because it is so truthful - it is too hard for me to bear. Certainly worth a heads up, though.
