Default Pandemic Legacy
We just got our asses handed to us in March. There are now riots in Paris, London, and Essen. Black is incurable and untreatable. There are also riots in Tokyo and Taipei... Our Quarantine Specialist now has two scars and our Dispatcher got one on his first day out. Anybody else playing this bitch goddess?

A board game? Looks llike it might be fun.

I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.
I'm here on tumblr and my site, tflc

If you haven't played Pandemic classic, I'd recommend checking it out before buying Legacy. The gist is that the players are the CDC and they are racing against the clock to cure 4 diseases before they end the world. Legacy adds a long game to the short game where things that happen in the individual game effect what happens in the larger game. Since you can only play Legacy once, knowing how to play Pandemic before you play is a considerable asset. I'm fairly certain that if you lose a certain number of months in a row you encounter an end-world scenario. But it is a great deal of fun and you get to get together with your friends in person a lot to play though the scenarios.

In a way I'm really glad we're grown-ups playing this game. If this game came out in college, I'm pretty sure we would've blown through the whole year in 3 or 4 giant sessions. But having jobs and families means that we're taking it 1 or 2 months at a time. I do miss having the 8 hour gaming sessions we used to have and the time to really get into the world of an RPG.
