Nice and useful, thank you ! I was about to make a serie of neutral walls for screenshots background while wondering if it was pertinent to share it. Your CAS give me some sort of answer...

Understand Material definition-TXMT and customize the look of your objects ! This way

This is awesome. It looks great in game. I initially forgot that I'd downloaded and installed this and the appropriate stuff from Windkeeper, so when my CAS screen loaded this morning, I was a little freaked. Heh. But seriously - great job. It's perfect - no distractions when creating new Sims. Thank you!

Thanks so much! I have gone into my CAS so many times thinking "gee, how ugly and distracting." This solves everything.

FionaSkye: That's happened to me with other items. I'll download a hack/sim, go into my game and wonder where it came from until I remember I downloaded it myself. Whoops!

This is an awesome room. But, last time I downloaded it, my family wouldn't show up after I created them. I'm thinking it's the familyart.zip. Not too sure, I'll be sure to post here again to my result.

Though I like it overall, I have no lighting like your third screenshot. My sims are standing in the dark. Fully lit everywhere else in the CAS, just not the family view. Any ideas?

I really like the CAS! :D

However, I can't see the Sims of my family when I finish creating them one by one.

What can be the problem? And how can I fix it?

thank you so much for doing this! i was really tired of cas's that were overdone, and this one just makes creating a new sim so much simpler. thanks again for everything you create! you rock!

There is no lighting in the family area. Did I miss downloading something?

I've got the same issue -- I LOVE the CAS, it's fantastic, but the family view doesn't work. (The lighting is fine, the family just doesn't show up.) It's only a cosmetic issue, doesn't affect anything -- but I figured I'd let you know.

I've got 200GB of child pornography! I'll start viewing it unless this plane lands in Havana!

I've no idea why that screen would not be lit for you guys - can you please let me know what expansions you have? Works fine for me with everything up to Seasons and was built using the BaseGameStarter and no custom content so there shouldn't be any issues.
