Deluxe, Minimal cc or not this is truly worth having, and to my surprise I like it, for my taste is never Modern Deco. Great Job and it is just so nice. Thanks

I am really glad you all like it, yeah the CC i used is about the most commenly downloaded cc on mts2 so the liklihood is that most people will already have it And about its Art Deconess, well the architecture of it is actually very art deco, it is just that the windows and such are not because it is post modern as well so windows and doors and finishing touches wise it is modern, architecturally it is art deco And QB, GET SOME CC BOY!! 
i once you go CC, you don't go back! :o lol

fairy, check to be sure your game options are setup for customs In your sims game ? Other wise the custom will not showup.
this is really a very nice house to have.
