I figured I'd try to sim Selena. She died in 1995 and I really wanted her in my Sims 2 game.

Wow! AWESOME likeness! The eyes and eyebrows are perfect. Her nose looks like it could be just a little tad wider and the upper lip is not that curved; its middle is bigger. Also, make her jaw one or two clicks more pointy and the forehead wider. Other than that, I can't find anything to improve about the facial structure.

Can we see some other pictures of the original person? Her face is currently at an angle.

The only thing I think you need to do is make her face a tiny bit wider. The original is almost round faced, compared to the sim.

I think so, too. Her face should be a bit wider and rounder. But your sim has a great resemblance to the real girl!

you need to shortewn the face
turn up the nose a bit more
and you need to flatten the top lip

I'd say use a darker skintone. but besides that, I'd say she's done.

Hrm - looks like making it wider destorts the skin around her mouth. Dang ea for being lazy.

Maybe try narrowing it just til the skin looks less shadowed? And yes, she looks rather close, though you might want to try one shade darker on the skin too?

HI. good job on her. Faces are very difficult to do. May I offer a couple of suggestions? One way to make the face seem rounder is in BodySHop (not CAS) there is a selection to lift the face higher so the forehead is not so long. That long forehead is what makes the face look so long.

Also, on that 3/4 profile, she has good cheekbones and her eyes are not recesssed into her head. Your sims forehead is too pronounced and the sims cheekbones are flat. I think if you fix those basic shapes, perhaps use a different start model, you'd get a better final sim. Good luck! :0)

Busy mashing meshes.

Woot! Who's the sim and who's the real lady? Terrific work, the lipstick is great, too. The only thing that looks odd to me are the shadows around her cheek (yeah, Bodyshop lighting -.-), but these might vanish in-game. Could we see some screenies of her in the CAS?

I would suggest getting her some more elegant, less hairy eyebrows. Also, her entire face look too streched out, especially the nose. Try getting another picture and putting them side-by-side to compare.

Ew, honey. Looks like you've got a case of overworking it. It looked better when you first started.

yeah, I agree. Too much. your version just before you started editing the cheeks was the best.

Maybe try moving her mouth in a bit, to lose those little deformations? It also looks like you turned the tip of her nose up a tiny bit too much. But overall, I think you've captured her quite well

I love the cover. I still say that you need to plump the cheeks a tad. The cheekbones are too prominent.
