Oh goodness I have been on a mission to add more texture to my sims world. These will add some needed realism, love the paint splatter.

Oh flapjacks! Thank you, Pixelhate. These overlays add that grit that a city needs to be a city (my suffer from an overabundance of cleanliness. We can't have that).
