Are they 60x60 or 64x64?

It's 64x64. It was designed to go where the original central park was.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Glad you like it

LOL No, but it looks like it. I have no idea what it is. There's really nothing there. There must have been a ghost in my computer when I was taking the screenshots *shrug* lol.

This is great! If you wanted to make more of an urban type area this gives you so much more room to be creative in the central area of the neighborhood. Way to go!

Looks fantastic. If it plays well it should be a featured download imo.

I just downloaded and I'll let you know if it works/lags on a system that is considered minimal according to requirements. It is wonderful and it does have a more urban feel.

Fantastic! So far, works well in my game. Grouping so many of these buildings into one lot makes it more fun to take my Sims downtown.

That is crazy! wow. I didn't realize that lot was so huge lol. Nice upload. I will try it out when i get a chance from purging my game. I'm kind of scared of it, might lag me up, lol!
Nice work!

If you have Riverview installed, you can use the different colored rabbit-holes to mix and match to make the area more asymmetrical, like using two different colored Doo Peas Corporate Towers.
Anyway, nice job!

I took a look at this lot because I like your abandoned warehouse lot so much. I play Riverview, so this particular lot won't work as is in my game, but you've given me the idea to use one of the 60X60 lots to put many of these businesses together. It's hard to create an urban town otherwise. I begin with an empty town too.

I eagerly look forward to seeing other "trashed" residential and community lots that will come from your proposed challenge. Thanks so much for sharing, Sims3Addicted.

Christianwilson, that's a very good idea!

slcd, I'd love to see what you come up with in Riverview!

jacinme, it won't look as it does in the screenshots, since both towns use different "buildings". Give me time, I'll create something similar for Riverview.

Thanks for all the nice comments everyone
