Thanks for the compliments. I already have a Sims 2 site for skins, but I have been making so many tattoos and piercings lately that I thought maybe I should make a website with just that kind of stuff on it, and I could do requests.. like a Sims tattoo and piercing shop. What do you think of the idea?

It works pretty much the same way as winzip. Right click and extract the file to your downloads folder.

i won't download i have save it onto the sims 2 ea games downloads but is not coming up in my game

You have to extract the zip file and the .sims2skin file, not just put it in your downloads folder. If you did that then it should show up. I havn't heard any other problems and it works fine in my game, so I don't know what else the problem is.

No. It only works for females... I havn't heard of much males wanting to wear belly button rings...

LOL! I think it's the cutes thing ever! I bullied one of my male friends into getting one last summer.
