This is awesome! I was often tired of putting leftovers in the fridge only for them to go bad and wasting all that time. Makes it easier now that I don't have to tell them to go and eat leftovers! Great job! You rock!!

Oooh! Now I just need a mod that keeps sims from trying to eat/cook when another sim is making a group meal. PATIENCE, MY SIMS!

I have WA 2.3 and works fine in my game.

Added a download to entice sims to Put Away Leftovers so there would be leftovers from any sim who serves a meal, rather than the chance it gets left on the counter and spoils.

The chicken or the egg. Thank you for adding the prerequisite component for eating leftovers!

I have upgraded to the 2.4/1.9 patch and even installed High End Lofts as of 2 Feb 10. I did some testing to determine if the patch or installation affected the mods I have listed on this site. It appears all are functioning properly and should not cause any issues.

If you happen to run into any problems with them concerning the new patch, please post under the appropriate mod and explain what anomalies you encountered.

This looks great! But I have a small question: does this force Sims to put away and eat leftovers whenever there are some or does it just enable them to randomly do so every now and then?

They are merely enticed to do this, not forced. Depending on what else they have going, they may or may not do it.

does this conflict with Pescado's Awesome Mod?

22 I will give him the key to the house of David. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.

I do not use AM and therefore cannot answer your question.

=======================

For anyone wondering about Version Compatibility, I am running 1.11/2.6/3.2 and all aspects are functioning properly.

Is this working with Ambitions and the latest patch?

To Sim is the GREATEST adventure...

With the latest patch - yes, or appears to be, with the small amount of time I've had to test.
Ambitions - dunno, don't have it yet, cant test.

got a question, since you know where the settings are, could you make it so the maid doesnt put away leftovers? That would work well with the 24/7maid mod, the main complaint there is the maid snatches the food and puts it away. Thats whats keeping me from using the maid mod.

I've been doing easier, locked the door to the kitchen for everyone except the person who owned the skill of cooking, and refrigerator exhibited in the dining room. Cooking is only one, others may only take a ready meal.

This mod appears to be working with patch 1.22 and Generations.
