Default Residential Lot - Beauty Fir All
A small one-story cabin-style home right by the downtown area, perfect for a small family. Wood paneling is the word (or words) on the inside for decor, while logs set off rock on the exterior. Like most of the island, the landscaping is kept as low-maintenance as possible.

Default Residential Lot - Bluepanel Place
A more modern home, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- it also has a nursery on the first floor, which can become a third bedroom, or an office, or any other type of small room. A single stable is out back.

Default Residential Lot - Pastural Scene
A home with a pasture- a perfect starter for a single Sim who has a horse, or who dreams of getting one someday soon. Sparsely furnished, it's still a true deal.

Default Residential Lot - Shingle Hill
A truly tiny starter for a single Sim, this one with a little garden already started by the last tenant. It has more solitude than many of the homes on the island, being off the road, and down a small pathway instead, perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean.

Default Community Lot - Galleria Borealis & Hothond Springs
Galleria Borealis
30x20
§27,920

Although a tiny gem of a gallery, the Borealis is much appreciated by the townsfolk of Fharhond, lending them a bit of culture- and a place to show off their art to the neighbors, if they are the artistic type.

Hothond Springs
15x25
§32,725

Meanwhile, Hothond Springs are a thermal delight- giving Sims something akin to a large sauna to splash around in.. though there's a few extras. Remember though to wait before going into the water after eating, if the grill is used.

Default Community Lot - Pakkske Public Library
30x20
§53,185

The Pakkske Public Library is more than a library- it's a community center, with rooms for club meetings and classes- a favorite gathering place for the town.

Default Community Lot - Jaguskitte Ice Fishing Station
60x20
§19,477

A simple structure built on the thick sea ice helps anglers warm up in between catches. Despite climate change, things aren't expected to be in danger of sinking any time soon. In the distance, the cold climate research facility, and a small shack of a brave (and cold-loving, one must assume) soul can be seen.

This is such an amazing world. I love the whole look from above and that it's not too big so it'll be nice to play with. Great landscaping, lovely houses, not sure what else to say without repeating what others already said. Great work!

Might be even more interesting after the release of Island Paradise. You could create an island chain.

This looks fantastic, can't wait to try it out! And it's nice to see a new tiny map, so many are great looking but so huge it takes forever to load.
