I'd personally set up more economic rules, to deal with money. In my hood, university costs 5000 per term if you live in a dorm, and 10000 if you live in a private house alone, or 7000 if you share with someone. If you don't have parents who can pay, you have a year to do so after graduating. After that you have to pay interest. I enjoy that, because it gives all Sims a purpose with getting a job, beyond getting a house, and if they want to live somewhere nice they have to work for it. |

How about a community Military Training center open to the public, named after your Sim a ticket business or free a restroom, outdoor grilling area Basically including skill building items that are beneficial to advance in the Military career like: Military Career Reward the obstacle course Mechanical skills charisma skill builders body skills and the other minimal skills needed possible: Robot building station, Telescope, Weather Machine, Of course you would need the Community Skilling mod from MATY http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/s...ic,11216.0.html |
