If you count them all, i've actually made 4 california-style houses and three suburban sets already! This was my first, then I made a smaller one. Perhaps my favorite is the Spanish Suburban, or maybe the Spanish Estate.. I also made a simple CA subdivision set and one that's a bit more posh. There's also this old thing that you might be interested in.. This is not to say I won't make any more California houses, I probably will If you have a specific request for one, you can always PM me!

The "neighborhood" you see in the last picture is the heights in Sunset Valley! I simply bulldozed the Landgraab mansion and the large open lot, then replaced them with 20x30 lots placed close together. With both of my sets you have 5 different houses that you can variate between.
