To be fair, this used to work in Sims 1. If you ordered a pizza but kept ignoring the guy he would leave it on the ground and it was free. Also you could use moveobjects to take it out of his hand and delete him, and that would get you a free pizza too. You can't do that in TS2 because the pizza is unserveable.
I use the sims as a psychology simulator...
