Amazing! I was just looking for something like this the other day!
Like all your buildings I can't wait to have a poke around in it.

Your descriptive writing adds to the charm of your building. Love the names, puns, funny lines and how you look at an object and see it as an intricate part of something larger. The cardboard box comment made me chuckle too. I find it comical how my sim can sit and watch a cardboard box tv or dance to a cardboard radio. (:
Not actually evil.

Rebroadcasts and infomercials... not exactly the highest-quality programming...

@Zarathustra Is this based on an actual studio? If yes- add pictures, links etc. If not - I cannot add you to the table with entries and will have to ask you to remove your search tag.

The exterior is based on the studio from SimCity 4 (that's the last picture in the screenshots), the corporate "owner" is one of the TS2 basegame TV channels, and the sets inside are based on shows like The Today Show, Ellen, General Hospital, and The Late Show that you'd find on such a network. If that's not TV-themed, I don't know what is.

Awesome!!!! Reminds me of the studio lots from Sims 1 Superstar. I used to love that soap opera traction bed object, lol. Thanks for sharing.

Marvelous work! I absolutely love your attention to detail. Plus, that "billboard" on the side of the studio (the night skyline) is absolutely brilliant!

I plan to use this mainly as decoration, but it has so much in it it I will probably end up thinking of some new things to do with it. Lots of brilliance here - thanks!
