Sorry, can't be done. All any of us can do is add on to or replace existing sliders, we can't make new sliders in new locations. Something like this might be done as presets but I think it would need to go on an adult site.

It should work fine with increased range mods and replacement body shapes.

No. While it's possible for slider mods to be broken by a patch, it's very unlikely. No need to ask, just try it.

Not absolutely sure that the Breast Separation Slider was causing this, but I was using it, and Heliotropic's HB default top replacement. Was scratching my head for days wondering what was going on. Thought at first it was a CC clothing glitch, but then I started seeing it randomly on townies. Took the BSS out of my mod folder and haven't had any trouble since. I am hoping it isn't the BSS because I was loving the look it was giving my girls. But, I'm going to keep it out of my mod folder for now until you or someone can't test this further.

Unfortunately it's the slider. I've seen this twice in CAS by rolling random sims, seems to happen with some sims at some settings of the slider but it seemed like a fluke. No idea what causes it. At some point I'll try remaking the slider using another method.

Edit: And I can't seem to get it to do it again for testing.

I have the same problem. I have seen it on sims (my own and untouched townies) with small breasts as well as big. I really love this slider, thank you for trying.
I also have the heavy breasts by Heliotropic, thought that was the issue.
