Default How to mod a .cs file
I extracted Sims3GameplaySystems.dll.
And inside it, I extracted the RockGemMetalBase.cs file.
Then, I opened it in Virtual Studio and modified the desired part.
Then I hope I can create a .package file
Where can I refer to it? Or please advise me if I am wrong

There are excellent Tutorials for Script Modding here: http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?tit..._GeneralModding
Just work through the tutorials under Script Modding and you will have an idea how it works. To make a package file you need s3pe, to get your modified files loaded look into the pure script modding tutorial.

Yea you have to look at the tutorials like Kitty said. But long story short. You build the file into a .dll file and then import into a S3SA file in S3PE. The tutorial will tell you how to do this.
