is there a way to increase your sims skills without using a mod? i have searched the site and all i can find was you have to use awesome mod, is there another way?

Not a core mod, and easy to use. Don't think there is a way to do it without a mod.

There is also treeag's Book Of Talent.
Just type in "book of talent ts3" on google and it should be there.

So you don't really have to use awesomemod.
