Earthquakes/Meteor showers?

Um, is there any way to create an earthquake or meteor shower without the firefighter career?

As I know, earthquakes happen only when you're playing a firefighter, but meteors fall randomely, they don't depend on careers.

It's possible to spawn a Meteor strike with the NRaas Debug Enabler mod.

there's a cheat to generate an earthquake but you need a firefighter sim :)
