All righty, this is my most ambitious house to date, hopefully you guys like it.
Description:
This is a large luxury house, suitable for a huge family. It is two levels, on a foundation, with an attached 2 car garage, and includes 2 rear patios, a pool, an open sunken greatroom (make sure you turn object hiding off to see it!), and some creative landscaping (whew!). It's on a large lot, though I am not sure how large. I think - 5x4 lot, and sells for 205,230 simoleons.
Features:
It has 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, plus a roomy nursery. There is a large, open kitchen overlooking the sunken greatroom, with both a dining room and a sunroom/nook just off it. The sunroom has an attached covered patio. The master bedroom and nursery are on the main floor, and the master has an attached ensuite. There is also a large family room with 2 story windows, and a game room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and three baths, plus a study, and a large loft area, suitable for teenage pinball machines etc. The area could also easily be closed off for a 5th bedroom.
This house is partially furnished (main floor and upstairs baths) using Maxi's objects. I used new objects from Nightlife, mostly counters and, of course, the garage, so I recommend you have this EP for this lot.

Note: This house looks strange in my neighborhood view in that the roof doesn't seem to fit. I guess that must be because its a custom roof slope angle, but in the lot, the roof fits just fine. Do let me know if yours doesn't.
