After doing several recolors of Maxis' "Stick 'em Up" bulletin board for myself, I decided that I don't even like that mesh. Images get too squished with it...plus, it just looks so little. Then it occured to me that I didn't actually have to use that particular mesh for bulletin boards, so I decided to go with "The Lady on Red" painting, which doesn't squish images nearly as much. It's great, if you like a well-endowed bulletin board size like I do. You might be wondering, 'these are supposed to be bulletin boards, so where's the cork?' I don't like the look of cork, so I decided to use fabric (and "metal" for the magnetic board). Hopefully someone else out there can do without cork as well.
Since all of these recolors use "The Lady on Red" painting, you don't have to go search out any meshes. There are 3 sets, each with 3 bulletin boards, for the fabric-covered look. Then there is a set of 2 interior designer's project boards - great for the sim who loves to remodel constantly. Lastly, there is the magnetic bulletin board, all by its lonesome. I have plans to make quite a bit more of these for myself, if anyone wants me to share more, all you have to do is ask.
On to the images....
If you download any of these, feedback is always appreciated. Do they look okay in your game?
